No comments:

With ups and downs and lots of criticism, the fashion label Christian Dior still comes with some of the strongest collections through every season and launches new trends and style that maintain the name and style Christian Dior, but wear John Galliano's print all over them. With his unique style, the name Dior leads especially in hautecouture collections that release the most complicated in details and shapes creations that amaze an entire world. John Galliano uses his unusual style in this collection by presenting unique shapes where the childhood meets business and the colors don't go far from the theme. We have from candy-pink to leather black, marine blue, lollipop green, peachy orange, hot red and of course, pure white.

The trends presented in Dior's show come different and stunning than ever, where glittery pieces come next to rock'n'roll touches. Galliano goes from classy plaids, bow details, fedora hats with business suits, neon leather dresses, doll-corsets, biker's jacket, soft ruffles, floral prints, sheer and sequins or glitter details. The doll-like hairstyles and make-up reinvent Barbie's image from John Galliano's side which presents her into a more original and unique point of view.

Christina Aguilera is BIONIC

No comments:

"Not Myself Tonight" was released as Bionic's lead single on April 13, 2010. It debuted and peaked at number twenty-three on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Aguilera's third highest debut on the chart after "Keeps Gettin' Better" (2008) and "Ain't No Other Man" (2006). Internationally, the track was a moderate commercial success, peaking at number twelve in the United Kingdom and peaking in the top thirty in Austria and Australia as well as peaking in the top forty in New Zealand and Sweden. The song received generally positive reviews from critics, who complimented its club nature and Aguilera's vocals on the track; some reviewers also referred to it as her best uptempo recording since her 2002 single "Dirrty" .He video received mixed reviews from critics, who complimented its aesthetic but called it unoriginal.
"You Lost Me" is the album's third single. Both the song and its video are the polar opposite of Aguilera's first "Bionic" single, "Not Myself Tonight," representing a kind of return to form for the gifted singer. The track was serviced to Mainstream/Top 40 radio on June 29, 2010, in the United States. Leah Greenblatt from Entertainment Weekly called "You Lost Me" a "lovely" ballad and Amber James of PopEater said the song was a "somber track" that brings the "honesty and emotion that have made Aguilera one of the premier balladeers of our time. The singer could easily be singing about the harsh response to "Bionic," which debuted at a disappointing No. 3 on the Billboard 200 back in June and had critics alleging that the singer was imitating Lady Gaga. Hopefully for Aguilera, "You Lost Me" will cast those doubts aside and remind everyone of what she does best.
Rolling Stone's Rob Sheffield g wrote that Aguilera goes for an electronic makeover on Bionic, which was dressing in "Gaga-style robot glam" and "cranking up" the use of Auto-Tune. Allison Stewart of The Washington Post described the album as being "noisy, robotic and overstuffed" and felt that one of the disc's "greatest disappointments" is its "virtual abandonment" of Aguilera's voice. In contrast, The Times writer Pete Paphides gave it 4 out of 5 stars and commended Aguilera's musical direction, writing that the album sounds "older and more confident" than her previous work.
In a recent interview cited by MTV News, the singer says that, just because she’s a mom, that doesn’t mean that she’s no longer in touch with her wilder side. On the contrary, she would say. Since she said earlier on that many songs on “Bionic” had been inspired by her son Max, the question of how appropriate her latest video was for him did pop. As it happens, Christina doesn’t quite see things that way, being the kind of mother that will actively encourage her son to express himself – in all matters.
“Mama still has to be me,” she says. But there is a clear distinction between Christina the mother and Christina the artist, and her son Max will just have to learn to make it. “I never claimed to be a cookie-cutter soccer mom. That’s all good for some people. Not for me. [Max] is going to grow up in a household where he knows mommy expresses herself artistically […]. He’s going to learn to respect the fact that women are allowed to express themselves and not feel shameful about their bodies,” Christina adds. Plus, Max already loves Rihanna so why shouldn’t he listen to his mother’s music, she asks.
I think she's great; she has the voice and the looks to do what ever she wants, because her real fans will stick with her no matter what. Christina is one of the best voices in the world, she can really sing live, dance, she is a true artist not like the newcomers who will show a "boob" and then can call themself a popstar, or smth like that. Kisses.Hope you enjoy this...
